The Isle of Treasure

The Isle of Treasure the first Sri Lankan travel magazine published in the Russian Language. The once in a six months-publication will be aimed at Russian and Eastern European countries. While the primary audience for the magazine will be potential tourists to Sri Lanka, it will also have a regular section promoting investment opportunities in the country.

The Isle of Treasure twill serve as a comprehensive guide on Sri Lanka, featuring sections on essential travel information, visa and customs regulations, and regular sections featuring Sri Lankan history, geography and natural beauty, culture, business and investment opportunities in the country. In addition, the magazine will also regularly review the full spectrum of accommodation facilities available in the country and will promote unique and authentic ways to experience the diversity and natural beauty of Sri Lanka.

Distributed at all significant travel events and through tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, relevant diplomatic missions, airports and retail outlets including supermarkets,the magazine is expected to be seen by all who matters.

Treasure Island is both a Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer publication. While the magazine’s target audiences are the Russian and Eastern European markets where Russian is either the official language or an important secondary language, the targeted demography is 17 to 70 years olds. Countries other than Russia where Treasure Island will be made widely available include Ukraine, Lithuania, Romania, Estonia, Georgia and Latvia among others. It is estimated there is a population of 400 million who use Russian either as a first, second or business language.
